Measure Your Anger Temperature!
Session 2: Opening

  • If you checked 1 to 5 of the feelings, your temperature is below average.
  • If you checked 5 to 10 of the feelings, your temperature is above average.
  • If you checked 11 to 15 of the feelings, your temperature is high. You have a fever!

These are some of the names of our anger. Anger doesn't have a cure. There is no magic pill, but one of our first steps in empowering ourselves with anger is learning that these are all names of anger. You can't manage som ething vague. You can't redirect something that you don't know is there.
